I understand the following:

• I have received a thorough consultation explaining the ordering of materials (as needed), labor and shipping times that is required to produce and receive my custom hat. 

• I understand that I must cancel 24-48 hours from the date of my initial deposit in order to receive a full refund minus a $16.00 credit card cancellation fee. 

• I understand after 48 hours from the date of my initial order my 50% deposit (minus the online credit card processing fee of $8.00) is non-refundable for cash but can be used as a Tossed Hat Gift Card good towards the purchase of a 'Ready-to-Toss" hat, veil, accessory or consultation.

•  I understand that I also have the option to settle this deposit in-person at the Tossed Hat Shop located at 500-A Jersey Avenue, Jersey City, NJ to avoid the online credit card processing fee of $8.00.
